System Note 8 pre-orders hit about 400,000 on first day in Korea

Samsung said it got 395,000 pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 8 on a principal day in South Korea.

Samsung said the 64GB variant of the handset represented 65 percent of pre-orders and the 256GB model the rest of the 35 percent. Blue and dark were the first and second most mainstream hues. 

The Galaxy Note 8's pre-arrange period keeps running from September 7 to 14. 

Samsung is relying upon the achievement of the Galaxy Note 8 as it endeavors to put the Note 7 failure behind it. The disastrous telephone was reviewed twice and at last canned because of flawed batteries bursting into flames.
