Samsung produces eUFS memory for autos

The 128 Gigabyte (GB) installed Universal Flash Storage (eUFS) is enhanced for use in cutting-edge driver help frameworks, infotainment, and dashboard frameworks in autos, Samsung says.




Samsung Electronics will deliver eUFS memory for autos, the organization has said. 

The memory was intended for applications for cutting edge driver help frameworks (ADAS), dashboard frameworks, and infotainment use, the firm said. 

It has a perused speed of up to 850 megabytes (MB) every second and an arbitrary perusing pace of 45,000 info/yield operations every second. 

It meets the JEDEC UFS 2.1 standard, and in addition the up and coming JEDEC UFS 3.0 standard, and has the imperative information revive and temperature notice highlights.

It will come in 128GB and 64GB models.
